Sanchikart Rewards Terms

Legal review status: Pending professional review before public launch. These terms describe how the system is designed. They have not yet been reviewed by counsel and may change before the programme launches.

1. What Sanchikart Rewards are

A Sanchikart Reward is promotional shopping credit. It is not money, not a bank or wallet balance, and not a prize. It cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to another person, sold, or exchanged. There is no element of chance: every eligible order receives the reward set by the rules below, and the amount is fixed when the order is placed.

2. Eligibility

Rewards apply to orders placed on Sanchikart with Sanchikart sellers by signed-in customers whose email address is confirmed. Some products or categories may not be eligible; where a product is eligible, its page says so. Orders from outside Sanchikart (for example on other websites) do not earn rewards.

3. How the reward is worked out

The reward is a share of what Sanchikart actually earns on the order after costs (its net contribution), not a share of the price you pay. The share is between 1% and 5% of that contribution, the minimum reward is ₹1 and the maximum is ₹20 per order. If the order does not produce enough contribution, the reward is zero. Amounts are rounded down to the nearest rupee.

4. When a reward becomes available

A reward is pending when the order is placed, confirmed when the order is delivered, and available 7 days after delivery, once the order can no longer be returned.

5. Using rewards

Using rewards on purchases is not available yet. When it launches, these terms will describe exactly where and how rewards can be applied.

6. Expiry

Available rewards expire 365 days after they become available. Expired rewards cannot be restored.

7. Cancellations, refunds and returns

If an order is cancelled, its pending reward is cancelled. If an order is refunded or returned, its reward is reversed. If only part of an order is refunded, the reward is recalculated and reduced. These changes are made automatically and recorded in your reward history.

8. Reviews and abuse

Rewards may be held for review, for example for an unconfirmed email address or an unusual number of orders. Rewards obtained through fraud, duplicate or fake accounts, or abuse of the programme may be cancelled, and the account may be closed.

9. Account closure

If you delete your account, unused rewards end with it. Records of past rewards are kept, without your personal details, as part of our financial records.

10. Changes to the programme

We may change or end the programme. Changes do not alter rewards already issued: each reward keeps the rules it was created under.

11. Help

Questions about a reward: contact Sanchikart support. Governing law and dispute terms will be added after legal review.
